• FIRST register with Farmington Rec. Then complete below...
• New players go to USA Lacrosse to sign up for a new membership (REQUIRED for our league insurance!).
• Returning players go to www.usalacrosse.org to get your current '23 number by registering or renewing your membership. 

...Then come back and complete this registration. Again, everyone MUST do this prior to your first practice with Farmington Youth Lacrosse. Thank you!

The donation/fee is $20 and helps support the Farmington High School Boys Lacrosse program.
